I just wanted to write and thank you for another incredible meal on Friday night. We had a White Table so it was lovely to be able share the dining experience at The Square with our friends and family. I was confident of a good meal, but was blown away by the standard and attention to detail… the focaccia bread and antipasti was amazing. I could’ve eaten that all night! The lamb was beautifully tender and the sides were lovely. My wife doesn’t like coffee, but was amazed at how light and subtle the tiramisu was. Everyone was so complimentary of the meal and the repeated feedback was, ‘I’d never normally eat those!’ roasted Zucchini, cocktail onions, cutting through the green veg.
Seriously, Gary. I’ve done a fair few banquets in my 23 years in masonry. I have never enjoyed a meal at a masonic event as much as that! Completely different experience! Please extend my thanks to all of your team.
